This one-day event, engaging more than 50 young leaders and subject matter experts, will be part of a series of Intergenerational National Town Halls supported by the UN Foundation in 2024. This Town Hall will focus on the pivotal opportunity to reimagine international cooperation presented by the United Nations Summit of the Future in 2024, while also building upon the growing movement in Australia towards future generations policy, intergenerational equity, and the implementation of wellbeing economy metrics through initiatives such as the Measuring What Matters Wellbeing Framework.
This increased appetite and momentum, particularly as the Australian Federal Election approaches, provides fertile ground for investments into intergenerational dialogue and reimagined approaches to crafting our shared future. This event will take place at the Orygen offices at 35 Poplar Rd, Parkville VIC, 3052, and include deep-dive panels, workshop-style breakout sessions and actionable takeaways.
