Dialogue 1: Charting a Course for a Year of Action (Online)

This online session will include a comprehensive briefing and dialogue on:

  1. The launch of ‘A Fair Go for All: Intergenerational Justice Policy Survey’, which surveyed 1,000 respondents.  This research sought to understand whether Australian voters care about long-term policymaking, whether politicians and government are matching their expectations regarding long-term policymaking, and what priorities Australian voters see as key issues requiring more intergenerational policymaking.

  2. A discussion on intergenerational perspectives of the Australian Federal Budget

  3. High-level takeaways from the United Nations Civil Society Conference in preparation for the Summit of the Future, in Nairobi (May 9-10).

All Parliamentary Group and Intergenerational Fairness Coalition members will be invited to attend, and a written briefing will be circulated after this call.
