Taylor Dee Hawkins
Taylor is an award-winning advocate and leadership development specialist focused on future-driven leadership, policy innovation, and intergenerational collaboration.
She serves as the youngest member of the World Economic Forum's Global Foresight Network Advisory Board, the Executive Leadership Team for the global Network of Institutions for Future Generations, and the Global Futures Council on Human Science of Environmental Action. She is also a member of the FutureGen Advisory Panel for the Municipal Association of Victoria.
Taylor’s work has been recognised through the Smart Company’s 30 under 30, the NSW Young Achiever Awards, YAIIA’s Young Women to Watch in International Affairs, the MBAus Awards Social Impact Awards, the NSW Young Australian of the Year Awards and was selected as one of the 12 Kofi Annan Changemakers for 2023. Taylor’s recent book, Future Generations Policy, Governance and Leadership: Ending ‘Policrastination’, explores how intergenerational thinking and long-term governance can deliver better outcomes.

Emi Hall
Emi is a purpose-driven leader with a career spanning the education, university, not-for-profit, and government sectors in Australia. Her work has focused on improved educational outcomes and advocating for better support for women and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
With a Bachelor of Government and International Relations, a Graduate Diploma of Education, and a Master of Business Administration, Emi brings a multidisciplinary lens to creating impact. She has led and contributed to strategies and initiatives that support social and economic equity, particularly in the areas of disability and economic security.
Beyond her professional roles, Emi is the Founder of the Carnelian Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation supporting children affected by family violence and is a proud mum to Lily.

Clare Beaton-Wells
Clare is a policy innovator specialising in systems change, with a focus on embedding long-term thinking and intergenerational fairness in Australian governance. At Foundations for Tomorrow (FFT), she leads advocacy for future-focused policy, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and the design of programs to renew Australia's approach to leadership, including FFT’s Fellowship.
Clare has coordinated national youth-led consultations like the Listening Tour with UN Youth Australia, supported the co-design of Australia’s Wellbeing of Future Generations Bill, and spoken internationally at prominent global forums like the UN Summit of the Future. She has lived in Sweden and worked across the Asia-Pacific, including in Cambodia and French Polynesia, supported by DFAT’s New Colombo Plan.
Her work has been recognised through the Next Generation Foresight Practitioner Fellowship (School of International Futures, 2026), YAIIA’s Young Women to Watch in International Affairs (2025), and theVictorian 7NEWS Young Achiever of the Year Awards.
