Gisele Kapterian
Gisele is a senior executive at a global technology company, focusing on improving government service delivery with the help of technology. She previously practised as an international trade lawyer in Geneva and London, representing a number of governments before the World Trade Organization on a range of issues including energy subsidies.
Gisele advised three federal cabinet ministers on international affairs, trade, industry and innovation policy including former Foreign Minister and Deputy Leader, Julie Bishop. She has a Masters of Law from the University of Cambridge, which she attended as a Commonwealth Trust scholarship recipient. Gisele began her career as an international humanitarian lawyer serving in the Horn of Africa in the case between Ethiopia and Eritrea for breaches of the laws of war. She has served on the boards of the Armenian National Committee of Australia and the Australian National Maritime Museum.
Non-Executive Director & Chair of the BoardAmit Singh
Amit works at the intersection of economics and data, policy and regulation, and technology and strategy and is the Managing Partner of economics research and advisory firm, Mandala. A former Managing Director at Accenture, he has led projects in 25 countries and presented at international forums including the ILO and OECD. Amit previously served as Global Head of Economic Policy at Uber Technologies in San Francisco, was a founding director of Reset Tech Australia, and has worked as a corporate transactions and strategy advisor.
Earlier in his career, he advised Australian prime ministers and senior leaders. He began as a solicitor and holds honours degrees in commerce and law from the University of Sydney. He is a member of the National Museum of Australia Council, the Independent Advisory Board for Services Australia, the Centre for Australia-India Relations Advisory Board, the Strategic Advisory Council of the Sydney Law School, and the Strategy and Social Policy Committee for the Brotherhood of St Laurence.
Non-Executive DirectorBianca Goebel
Bianca is passionate about protecting future generations by supporting a just and clean energy transition. She is a chartered chemical engineer who has complimented her technical engineering skill set with management experience as a CEO, strategy experience via working at management consulting firm BCG and by completing an MBA. Bianca currently works in strategy with a focus on green hydrogen, batteries and water.
Bianca has developed her board and governance skills via completing the AICD Company Directors Course and through a variety of roles including: South East Water director, Global Shapers Australia board chair, YWCA QLD non-executive director, Youth Without Borders CEO & Director, Victorian Red Cross Divisional advisory board member, Bush Heritage Australia advisory board member and University of Queensland Academic board member.
A sought after advisor and speaker, she has spoken at national and international forums, most notably the UN Stockholm+50 on the protection of future generations and at the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting of New Champions (i.e. Summer Davos) on battery supply chain challenges.
Non-Executive DirectorTaylor Dee Hawkins
Taylor is an award-winning advocate and leadership development specialist focused on future-driven leadership, policy innovation, and intergenerational collaboration.
She serves as the youngest member of the World Economic Forum's Global Foresight Network Advisory Board, the Executive Leadership Team for the global Network of Institutions for Future Generations, and the Global Futures Council on Human Science of Environmental Action. She is also a member of the FutureGen Advisory Panel for the Municipal Association of Victoria.
Taylor’s work has been recognised through the Smart Company’s 30 under 30, the NSW Young Achiever Awards, YAIIA’s Young Women to Watch in International Affairs, the MBAus Awards Social Impact Awards, the NSW Young Australian of the Year Awards and was selected as one of the 12 Kofi Annan Changemakers for 2023. Taylor’s recent book, Future Generations Policy, Governance and Leadership: Ending ‘Policrastination’, explores how intergenerational thinking and long-term governance can deliver better outcomes.

Damè (Damian) Damjanovski is the Principal of General Strategic, a strategic advisory firm. He brings 19 years of experience across a broad range of strategic fields and specialities, including as a former Senior Adviser to the Prime Minister of Australia. Highly awarded for his creative and strategic thinking, Damian has solved complex problems and enhanced reputations for many well-known organisations across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. He is passionate about the role that good strategy and governance can play in shaping better outcomes for future generations. Damian brings a unique combination of high-level government insight, cross-sector experience, and a commitment to purposeful leadership.
Non-Executive DirectorTasha Ritchie
Tasha (she/her) is excited by the magic that happens when lived and learned expertise comes together to solve complex social problems. As CEO of Accountable Futures Collective, Tasha is driving an intergenerational collective that is championing accountability to young people and future generations. Tasha works with communities, organisations and institutions to explore transformative accountability as a powerful idea with potential for significant positive impact on existing systems and structures.
At the heart of Tasha’s approach is the belief that people who have experienced harm from systems are uniquely well placed to solve the accountability void, and ensure leaders, services and systems keep the promises they make. Tasha was awarded an Atlantic Fellowship for Social Equity in 2025, focusing on First Nations perspectives on intergenerational, relational and structural accountability.
Tasha holds qualifications in law, social change leadership and international relations, and has worked with organisations such as Children and Young People with Disability Australia (CYDA), Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency (VACCA) and YLab. Tasha has served as a Board Director of the Youth Affairs Council Victoria (YACVic), Body Safety Australia and Box Hill Institute, and describes herself as a member of multiple communities, a writer, a plant-lover and an adventurer.
